One of the reasons we started diving, was that we would love to one day go and dive in the Arctic or even Antarctic regions of the planet. That pretty much makes ice diving experience a necessity, if not at least a pretty sensible course to take and built experience upon. Said and done, we signed up and headed south in January.

We went diving with Trimaxx-Kas (run by German born Thomas Wicht), and found the operation of the dive boat and the boat (Anemon) itself to be very good. Anemom has room for approx. 30 divers, a large sun deck and a selection of tea, coffee and cold drinks are available for purchase. The rental equipment is in very good order in case you need it and the dive trips are very relaxed and unhurried.

An exceptionally amazing dive trip with plenty of fascinating sharks. We'd go again for nothing but two of the shark dives. Swimming freely amongst these graceful animals is one of the best things you can do!
